Growing Devon Schools is excited to announce their next teacher training day, funded by Naturesave Trust, to which you are invited:

A free CPD day, with a free lunch

This is a practical CPD day for teachers and other educators of primary and secondary-aged young-people to discover ways to teach about soil health and soil life. Symbiosis Soil lab will share ways to introduce pupils to the wonderous world beneath our feet, using resources widely available to schools.

In the second part of the day we will introduce the links between soils and climate change, as well as look at opportunities and tools for developing skills in regenerative land and soil husbandry. Finally we will look at career opportunities in this growing sector, which has the potential to meet many of the challenges of our times including climate change, biodiversity and health issues.
